Every donation to Crosshairs Charitable Foundation enables us to partner with organizations providing life-changing services in all communities served by Triumph Financial. We support workforce development efforts through Triumph Workshop, as well as non-profit organizations impacting Triumph Financial team members and our local communities. Forge the Future, a workforce development program hosted by Triumph Workshop, provides adults with training, credentials, and job opportunities that can lead to high demand, sustainable careers in the construction industry. The Crosshairs Charitable Foundation provides funding for these efforts, allowing for participants to take full advantage of the program and continue their journey of life-transformation

Living Water International deploys a holistic approach to solving the global water crisis. They work to bring clean drinking water to communities in need while sharing with them the Living Water of Jesus Christ, who alone satisfies the deepest thirst. Crosshairs Charitable Foundation underwrites the cost of Triumph Financial’s annual mission trip.
